Contact us

Found a bug, want a colour we don't have yet, or spotted something wrong in a guide? Write to us — a real person reads every message.

Make a bug report easy to act on

We can almost always reproduce a problem if the message includes a few specifics. The most useful details are:

  • Your device and operating system — for example "iPhone 14, iOS 18".
  • The browser and version, since fullscreen behaviour differs the most between them.
  • The exact page URL where it happened.
  • What you did, what you expected, and what actually happened.
  • A screenshot or short screen recording if the problem is visual.

What to expect

Messages go to a monitored inbox and we usually reply within two business days. Bug reports that we can reproduce are prioritised; a fix normally ships within a week and we'll let you know when it's live. Requests for new colours or features get logged even when we can't build them straight away.

Before you write about fullscreen on mobile

Some mobile browsers — Safari on iPhone in particular — restrict the native Fullscreen API. This site falls back to an immersive mode that hides the browser interface as far as the platform allows, and tapping the screen brings the exit bar back. If that's what you're seeing, it's expected behaviour rather than a fault, though we still want to hear if it feels wrong on your device.

Business and press

For partnership, licensing or press enquiries, use the same address and put "Press" or "Business" in the subject line so it reaches the right place. whitescreen.info is an independent project run by Khawar; there is no sales team, and we do not sell advertising on the site.
